Honoring the legacy of William K. Brinser Jr. and his promise of giving back to those that helped him in his endeavors, our foundation awards annual merit-based post high school scholarships to willing students seeking a more profound future. Established in 2023, the foundation was formed to provide opportunity, uphold the confidence in limitless potential, and produce the next generation of the American workforce. Bill fully believed in the American Dream and created his legacy by his hard work, passion, perseverance, and commitment to those that supported him, his “Pak.” Thus, we have created the “Bill Brinser Pak Scholarship.”
