About The Foundation

The William K. Brinser Jr. Foundation was created to honor the life of Bill Brinser and continue his legacy. Specifically, the foundation seeks to create opportunity for our country’s youth through scholarship support. Each year, the Bill Brinser Pak Scholarship is awarded to students pursuing a two- or four-year college degree or vocational opportunities after high school. Established in 2023, the foundation is led by Executive Director Danelle DeGroodt.

About William Brinser Jr.

William “Bill” K. Brinser Jr. was born on February 9, 1963, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 59. A native of Central Pennsylvania, Bill created his legacy in his hometown of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Bill graduated from Lower Dauphin High School and with courage, determination, and commitment became a self-made entrepreneur. Bill loved many things in life, but his true passion was operating and growing his businesses, Appalachian Insulation Supply and Wolf Pak Transport. He believed in the American Dream and was motivated every day by the promise of success and his duty to create opportunity for others.

Bill was a force to be reckoned with and lived every day to the fullest. He especially enjoyed hunting, spending time in the great outdoors, and time on his farm with his dogs. His devotion was his business and loved spending time with his customers, friends, and family. His passion for life inspired many, and his legacy continues to live on today through the William K. Brinser Jr. Foundation.
