The William K. Brinser Jr. Foundation was created to honor the legacy of William “Bill” Brinser Jr. As the owner of Appalachian Insulation Supply and Wolf Pak Transport in Central Pennsylvania, Bill was a self-made entrepreneur who believed in the American Dream and strived to create opportunity for others.

Bill created his legacy through hard work, passion, perseverance, and upholding a commitment to those that supported him — known as his “Pak.” Today, our foundation’s primary goal is to award scholarships to youth for their post high school education and continue to promote opportunity for others.
